EJP will have the photos, video, virtual tours, etc… ready for you to download via our Agent Portal within 24hrs.

Rush Delivery is available for $195, your media will be ready via the portal by 9am the day following the shoot.

a. Yes, from the Agent Portal you can reschedule the shoot. Note, please reschedule as soon as possible to lock in date and avoid any late reschedule fee (less than 48hrs before scheduled shoot date).

a. Use any address close to the expected location, this can be changed later

b. Enter an estimated value for the listings Square Footage

c. Pricing is based on Sq.Ft. so price could change later when actual sq.ft. is updated in your order.

Yes!

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm. However, we understand that there are certain times when you will need to schedule a shoot on a weekend. We offer weekend shoot scheduling as an add-on. The small surcharge covers staff overtime and other items.

Weekend scheduled shoots will still have the media delivered within 24hrs, with rush delivery as an available option. So, shoot on Saturday your media will be ready via our Agent Portal on Sunday.

a. Your deposit remains with your account, you will never lose it.

b. The full amount of the deposit will be added to your account as a store credit if the shoot is cancelled more than 48hrs before the scheduled shoot date.

c. You deposit amount will be applied to your next order
